By using our application, whether via desktop or through our associated channels, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. We ask that you read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and guidelines specified in this document. If you do not agree with any of the conditions, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

The Application provides structured development and organization environments (called "Workspaces"), enabling fast cloud-based work ("Lightning Fast") as well as secure collaboration between teams ("Team Collaboration" and "Secure & Private"). The services are in continuous development and evolution; therefore, features may be adapted over time.

3. Acceptable Use

You commit to accessing our services only for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the platform to disseminate vulnerabilities or conduct tests that do not arise from proper legal authorizations. The user agrees never to intentionally and unnaturally overload the platform's native cloud sync services.

4. Workspaces and User Accounts

The owner or creator of an account or Workspace remains ultimately responsible for the security of these credentials within the structure and for the access delegations configured for their team members. We retain the right to review registrations across the platform in the event of a violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property and Licenses

The entire operational scope, interfaces, mechanics, code in its components, and linked trademarks of the platform, excluding third-party components, are the property of their maintainers. Users retain, unchanged and unrestricted, full rights regarding the content they allocate in the different Workspaces, without any proprietary claim by our application to them.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are offered "as is", without any implied warranties based on their isolated use in critical scenarios. We do not guarantee absolute immunity to individual hardware failures or outages resulting from "Sync" processes. We will not be held civilly liable for economic losses arising from the use of, or the inability to connect to and use, the platform.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to make specific amendments to these Terms when necessary, which will be published on the respective page of the application.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The governance of this relationship is based on the regulations that address civil legislation regarding technology matters. Any discussions must be guided by the competent justice related to the central operation of the application provider.
